Some people like making and sorting
flashcards.
They can be used in different
ways.
One possibility would be to use a separate card to
write down each bit of information you need to
learn.
If you use quite small cards, you can carry them
with you and glance at them whenever you have a spare
moment.

E.g. on the bus; queuing in Asda
etc.
Another use of flashcards:
When you need to learn a sequence of information,
write each step on a separate card and practise putting them in the
right order. For example, this might be useful for different
steps in an experiment.
